The Viper Churro salesman is a jovial man who flocks to Termina to take advantage of the coming Viper Festival. When Serge comes across him, he asks the boy for advice regarding the pricing of his delicacies. Serge advised him to lower his price somewhat; the man made a large profit and let Serge eat the leftovers. He also had a brother who arrived late to the festival and was forced to set up shop upwind from the cemetery.
