Japanese Equivalent

Romanization: madowazu no boushi
Translation: Non-confusion hat (more or less)
Notes: 'madowazu' is a negative form of 'madou' (to be puzzled), and is used gramatically to describe 'boushi' (hat).

Name Origin

'Sight' probably refers to being 'clearsighted'. Since it prevents Chaos, that's appropriate.
