Vote for Chrono Trigger
« on: April 22, 2009, 12:15:52 am »
Poll popularity is series popularity, so vote for Chrono Trigger in the GameFAQs poll today here. Also, http://irc.chronocompendium.com/ is up and running. It'll be the site for the CE release party.

Bah! You were just looking for an excuse to put that other link up...The heading should be about the IRC not the stupid GaymeFAQs (oh damn, I so innovative) poll.

Looks like Earthbound needs more help than CT.

In its defense, Yoshi's Island was better then any mario game i've ever played (other then Mario RPG, of course).

I voted Earthbound. Chrono Trigger doesn't need my help right now, but Ness does! If/when Chrono Trigger makes it to the next round, I'll vote for it. I voted Earthbound because it's better than Yoshi's Island.

Stupid importing.  Our copy of Mother one and two was ordered like a week ago and it's still not arriving till like next Monday.  And I probably would have ended up voting for that if it's as good as my 100% obsessed friends say.

I did vote for CT, but, looking at all of the games on the roster, I don't think it'll make it to the top.  While unquestionably the best game on the list, it is also less known, and thus, won't get as many votes as, say, Mario 64.

Actually, Earthbound has a bigger fanbase then us, and it's been confirmed they're not going to make another in the series, and they sure as hell aren't going to Translate Mother 3.
But, y'know, I agree.
That was a very tough choice for me.
Buuuuut I chose CT.
I'm a go vote for Earthbound on another computer now!

Chrono Trigger took the #2 spot in IGN's rankings a while back, only losing to LoZ: OoT...I think it's fairly well known & universally loved...

I myself found the very first few pokémon games(R/B/Y) way more fun the other three.

I didn't notice until now that each game does have a summery with it...huh.

I thought they were fun too, but compared to Majora's Mask for the N64 it's nothing much

While we're on this topic, I can't believe Banjo Kazooie didn't get more votes.
It's one of the greatest Platformers ever and makes Mario 64 look like nothing.

In graphics or game play?
